Matthew Martin - CEO & Registrar

Matthew has been the CEO and Registrar for The College since 2007. Prior to this he was The College’s Communications Officer. Matthew was previously a science teacher at secondary school level.

 

Emma Barrett - Development and Communications Officer

Emma is the newest member of staff at The College. Working closely alongside the CEO she manages the development and marketing of The College as well as deputising and overseeing work in the absence of the CEO. Emma has experience within the UK education system and is also a qualified TESOL teacher.

Morag Hughes - Operations Officer

As Operations Officer Morag works closely with The College’s Committees and its Centres. She was previously the Finance Officer and has been with The College since 2003. She is also the Editorial Assistant for Education Today.

 

Arthur Reed - Membership Officer

Arthur is responsible for the Membership to The College. This involves looking after all Institutional and Individual Members’ queries across all of The College’s work and also producing transcripts for Members and students alike. Arthur is also a qualified engineer.

 

Moses Kajubi - Finance Officer

Moses recently joined The College as Finance Officer and manages The College’s accounts, payroll and investments. Previously Moses worked for Tristar Cleaning Services as a Finance and Administration Manager.

 

Sumaira Paracha - Administrative Officer

Sumaira oversees the smooth running, day-to-day business and management of the office. Her work covers all aspects of The College working closely with all members of staff. Sumaira has previously held administrative positions at various design and architectural firms.

 

Nick Ferris - Awards Officer

Nick is responsible for managing The College’s Qualifications and Awards. Nick manages relations and business with all of The College’s Centres and develops The College’s Awards and Qualifications. Nick previously worked for EdExcel and has prior experience within education.

 

Inga Deksne - CLT Administrator

Inga deals with the administration for the Chartered London Teacher Status scheme. This includes the production of certificates for the CLT award. Inga has recently relocated to London, and has previous administration experience.

 

Christopher Peat - Learning Technology Officer

Christopher has recently taken up his position with The College and manages the day to day running of The College's IT infrastructure and website.

 

Ray Page - Executive Editor, Education Today

Ray is the Executive Editor for The College’s publications including Education Today and the Newsletter. He is a member of the Publications Committee. Ray was previously the CEO of The College of Teachers and has spent over 45 years in education as a teacher, trainer, researcher, manager and consultant from primary to higher education.
