The College of Teachers holds an annual Awards Ceremony to confer Honorary Fellowship and Honorary Membership upon senior figures in education and to those who have made a distinguished contribution to education nationally or internationally.

In 2011, the Awards Ceremony was held on 17 May in the evening at the IOE, London.
Who can come?
From time to time The College awards Honorary Fellowships and Memberships to individuals who have made a significant contribution to education. We welcome these individuals to our annual ceremony and it provides an opportunity to celebrate their valuable contribution to the world of learning and education. In 2011 the Honorary Fellows are:
