Booking form - Awards Ceremony 2012

There is no attendance charge for our Awards Ceremony with your guests.

Please note your booking should be made by 1 May to ensure all arrangements can be made accurately.

Cancellation Policy: Gown bookings that are cancelled 1 week before the event will be subject to a £5 cancellation fee which will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover administration and transaction. If you have cancelled your gown hire less than one week before the event you will be charged the full amount and a refund will not be issued unless we are able to re-hire the gown, in which case you will be automatically refunded and notified. The £5 cancellation fee will still apply.

Gowns
Please note, The College has a small stock of gowns which can be hired by attendees, however, they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Gowns can be hired at a cost of £25 per gown. The College may not have the gown you require for the ceremony. The College will notify you in good time if this is the case to allow you to hire elsewhere.
