What is an academic transcript?

rrs.jpg

An academic transcript is an official document bearing The College's seal and summarising your academic performance.

Who would need an academic transcript?

An academic transcript may be needed by anyone who would want to verify their academic achievements with a prospective employer, educational institution or interested party.

We are only able to provide a transcription service for qualifications taken through either The College of Teachers or the College of Preceptors.

How can I apply for an academic transcript?

To apply for an academic transcript, please complete the following information at the bottom of this page:

  1. Title of the qualification
  2. The date the examination was completed
  3. The centre and country where the qualification was taken

Then make payment through one of our preferred payment methods outlined below.

How much do they cost?

There is a standard fee of £45.00 (GBP) for a transcription service, including all postage costs. This must be paid before a search is undertaken.

We are generally successful in locating the necessary details but in the unlikely event that we are unsuccessful the fee is non-refundable.

Payment can be made online by clicking the 'add to cart' button at the bottom of this page and completing the payment process. Alternatively you may pay by cheque or any other preferred payment method and contact us to inform us of your requirements.
