The CPD Leadership Programme is a new and flexible framework that schools and colleges can use to have their own professional development programme accredited, adding value to in-house training sessions. The programme can be delivered across your entire workforce, including volunteers.

Training by CPD Partners is recognised with professional qualifications that reward your staff for the impact they make to the learning process and can be followed through to higher level qualifications.

By becoming a CPD Partner School or College, you can offer your whole workforce the opportunity to achieve a recognised professional qualification for the CPD which they undertake in school or college. The training is very flexible in that it may be tailored for the whole school or college or to suit the individual needs of the postholder.  All staff and volunteers in the school or college may pursue programmes of study to achieve qualifications from The College of Teachers.

The programme is for the entire workforce in schools and colleges. All school staff can pursue courses of study to achieve qualifications from The College of Teachers.
