Whether you are a Newly Qualified Teacher, a lecturer in Higher or Further Education, a tutor for one of the College's accredited courses or an administrator in a school or college, becoming a Member of The College of Teachers will:
- enhance your professional standing
- celebrate (or recognise) your qualifications and career achievements
- provide you with a range of paper-based and online resources
- give you access to a range of qualifications to support your learning and continuing professional development.
We aim to support teachers, students and support staff through networks of membership and qualifications. We welcome applications for membership from individuals based anywhere in the world.
Applications for Individual Membership can be made through two routes:
- Direct entry is available to all applicants not listed below.
- Institutional entry is available to individuals who are members of specialist associations, members of staff, employees and consultants working for an organisation which is an Institutional Member of The College. Please check if your organisation is listed as you may be entitled to a substantial discount on your Membership fee.
