All forms are interactive PDFs and can be completed online and returned by email, or printed and returned by post.
- Make payment by direct debit, online payment or cheque.
We regret that applications cannot be processed until payment has been received.

We offer a reduced rate for Fellow Membership and Membership applicants who are aged 65 or over. If you are eligible, view our over 65 application section.
