Contributions
Submission of papers
The journal welcomes papers on the following themes:
- Learning, teaching and classroom research
- Current issues in education
- Curriculum and curriculum research
- Initial teacher education
- In-service education and professional development
- The governance and management of education
In particular the College has a current specific interest in:
- Online interactive Continuing Professional Development
- Special Educational Needs
- The governance of schools
- The continuing impact of climatic change of education
- Leadership in education
Papers considered for the journal will be subject to peer review. They should be academically sound and written in a style which is accessible to classroom teachers. Articles that are geographically or subject specific with little reference to other disciplines or regions are discouraged. Full articles on any of the themes listed above should be between 3,000 and 4,000 words in length and properly referenced as specified below. Short non-referenced notes of interesting work of 1,000 to 2,000 words will also be considered.
